How to load any weight on a barbell

Every page below answers one question exactly: what plates do I put on the bar to hit this weight? Each shows the per-side breakdown on a standard plate set (a 20 kg bar with competition kilo plates, or a 45 lb bar with iron pound plates), plus a to-scale diagram of the loaded bar and the equivalent in the other unit.

Plate math sounds trivial until you're mid-session: the bar isn't zero, plates load in pairs, and the denominations don't split every number evenly. That's why 102.5 kg is a page and a half-kilo change-plate puzzle, while 100 kg is just five reds. Jump to your weight with the filter, or step through neighboring weights from any page.
